Dear everyone,
This week I am reading The Biography of a Bear by Clarence Hawkes. The book is very short but counts as a Biography and that is all I need to complete my 40 book challenge. If anyone has anymore books that they think are really worth reading please tell me.
One of my very favorite books contains one of my least favorite characters. In the series The Uglies, the villan is a Special named Dr. Cable. The way the author describes her and how she acts in the books makes the reader naturally dislike her. I would imagine her having long fingernails and a voice like nails on a chalkboard.
My very favorite character is Annabeth Chase in The Lightning Thief series. I saw the movie and the way the movie describes her is completely wrong, but in the book she is my favorite. The thing I like about her is that she is smart, good with weapons, and courageous. Also, her mother in the book is Athena and that is my favorite goddess in Greek mythology.

ReplyDeleteIf you haven't read the book The Giver I strongly agree that you should read this book for fun, because it one of my favorite books that I have read this year. I normally don't have that many favorite books, but that is my favorite. I hope that I helped you find a book for fun to read!!! :)
Congratulations on finishing your 40 books, Bridget! I would recommend The Disreputable History. It's realistic fiction and I really liked it.
